Artemis Hall offers an unforgettable experience for family and friends. This utterly unique and welcoming property has spaces dedicated to both rest and recreation. As you enter the grand hallway you are immediately welcomed with dramatic archways and distinctive artworks.

Off the hallway, you'll discover a variety of spacious rooms, cosy nooks, and inviting entertaining areas, perfect for any type of getaway. The sitting room, is a warm and welcoming space that blends period details with carefully chosen contemporary art. For more casual moments, the snug provides a relaxed haven, ideal for unwinding or entertaining younger guests. The study... allows for a moment of quiet or for when you need to catch up on an email or two.

Artemis Hall's stunning kitchen is a testament to sleek elegance, boasting stainless steel worktops and the comfort of underfloor heating. Two expansive, east-facing windows flood the kitchen and breakfast area with light, making it the perfect spot for a morning brew and leisurely breakfast. The adjacent utility room discreetly houses essential kitchen appliances, ensuring they are readily available yet unobtrusive. For unforgettable dinners and special celebrations, the formal dining room comfortably accommodates guests around a bespoke dining table crafted from trees from the hall's vast grounds.

Upstairs, you'll find nine uniquely decorated bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, while two others share a convenient Jack-and-Jill arrangement. Every bed is draped in gorgeous bedding, soft linens, and cosy throws, ensuring peaceful sleeps. The bathrooms are meticulously designed to evoke a spa-like atmosphere, featuring traditional fixtures, distinctive elements, and sumptuous bathtubs perfect for indulgent soaks.

Beyond a hidden door on the second floor lies a cinema experience unlike any other. Here, film lovers will discover an extraordinary movie theatre, complete with an AK laser projector and immersive surround sound system, promising an unparalleled viewing experience. Adjacent to this, a separate games space provides amusement for the young at heart.

Ground Floor

Sitting Room
A beautifully refined space with a large sofa, two armchairs, coffee table and chaise. There is also a Smart TV hidden in the cabinetry.

Kitchen / Breakfast Room
This is one of the most stylish and elegant kitchens we have ever seen. With clean lines and sleek worktops, it’s a chef’s dream. The large kitchen island holds all your crockery, cutlery and glasses while the Bertazzoni range cooker has 6 burners, a griddle and two ovens. There is also an undercounter fridge and dishwasher.

Utility & Laundry
A super useful space housing all the gadgets you will need for your stay including a Bertazzoni fridge freezer, microwave, Sage coffee machine, toaster, kettle, toaster oven, plate warmer and dedicated glass dishwasher. The laundry area has two washing machines and a tumble dryer. Please note the pantry is not for guest use.

Dining Room
Resplendent in red, this amazing space if perfect for those special celebrations. The magnificent dining table, made from wood from the grounds comfortably seats all guests.

Study
The ideal spot for quiet reflection or to catch up on some reading, the study has a collection of books and dedicated workspace.

Snug
A slightly less formal setting with a large, comfy sofa and Smart TV which is hidden inside the cabinetry.

Boot Room
The perfect place to store all your gear.

Changing Rooms
With a door leading out directly to the pool area, this handy space has a shower and storage, perfect for all the swimming apparatus.

First Floor

Bedroom 1
A stunning dual aspect room with a super king-sized bed, bedside tables, two wardrobes and two armchairs.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 features a super king-sized bed with bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Please note this room has several wardrobes however only one is available to guests.

Jack and Jill Bathroom
This bathroom connects bedrooms 1 and 2 and features a large bath, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 3 and ensuite
Beautiful bedroom three has a super king-sized fourposter bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and two wardrobes. The ensuite has a freestanding bath, double shower, WC and wash basin.

Bedroom 4
A gorgeous twin room overlooking the garden with two single beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 5
With views of the pool, bedroom 5 has a king-sized bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and two armchairs.

Bedroom 6
A pretty bedroom, with statement wall paper, bedroom 6 has a single bed, wash basin and wardrobe.

Bathroom
A bold as they come, this bright and beautiful bathroom has a large bath, shower, wash basin and WC.

Second Floor

Bedroom 7
A room in the clouds, with a king-sized bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.

Bedroom 8 and ensuite
A lovely large bedroom with a super king-sized bed, bedside tables, desk, wardrobe and two armchairs. The stunning ensuite has a large bath, his and hers wash basins, WC and shower.

Bedroom 9
A Disney dream with two single trundle beds (please note these are quite high as the trundle bed is below), chest of drawers, futon, wardrobe and a variety of children’s books and toys.

Bathroom
The second-floor bathroom has a large double vanity, shower, bath, WC and heated towel rails.

Cinema & Games Room
The ultimate space for movie night! The cinema area has a huge sofa bed and an AK laser projector with a surround sound audio system. The games area has giant Jenga and giant connect four for a bit of fun!
Garden

Wow, just wow! The gardens at Artemis Hall are absolutely gorgeous. Step out from the house onto a lovely flagstone terrace and soak up the views of the lush lawns and enchanting Japanese water garden.

To the rear, a Mediterranean-inspired pool and pergola create a sophisticated retreat, ideal for leisurely swims and sun-drenched afternoons. Beyond the pool area you will discover charming walled rose and vegetable gardens, complete with quirky, wavy "crinkle-crankle" brickwork that dates back centuries.

The main garden is a riot of colour, bursting with flowers, shrubs, and magnificent specimen trees. Just beyond a wrought-iron fence, find a three-and-a-half acre wildflower meadow and woodland copse – a haven for wildlife with ancient trees. Nestled inside the copse, you will uncover a fabulous fire pit where you can enjoy late night conversations and scrumptious smore roasting. For the more active guests, there is a hard tennis court tucked away next to the meadow.

With seven and a half acres at your disposal, the grounds of Artemis Hall provide ample space for exploration, relaxation, and activities.
Parking

There is ample gated parking at Artemis Hall both in front of the house and at the rear.

Please note no stag, hens, parties or weddings are permitted at Artemis Hall.
Please note that no unaccompanied guests under the age of 25 are permitted to stay at the property.
Due to an unfenced pond, gardener vehicles and swimming pool on site, children must be supervised at all times.
We kindly request that no shoes be worn upstairs at Artemis Hall.
Please be advised that use of the pool will incur an additional fee of £500.

Woodbridge is an absolute gem. If you're looking for a charming getaway that feels both special and welcoming, this is it. Woodbridge is all about cosy pubs and independent shops, you'll find everything from stylish Scandi homewares at Vanil to unique kids' items at Pocket.

Beyond Woodbridge, there are adventures to be had. A short drive takes you to Orford, where Butley Orford Oysterage awaits with fresh seafood and those incredible oysters they grow themselves. Or take the family to the Pump Street Bakery and enjoy a walk around the quaint village.

If you're an outdoorsy type, Tunstall... Forest offers beautiful bike trails winding through the trees and heathland. A trip to Aldeburgh for fish and chips on the beach is a must-do. For picture-perfect moments, visit the Southwold Flower Company to pick your own flowers, or head to Covehithe to search for sea glass along the beach.
