Therefore, we have implemented a damage waiver policy that aims to provide you with peace of mind during your stay.
Our damage waiver policy is designed to protect you from any unexpected costs that may arise due to accidental damage to the property.
We kindly ask our valued guests to treat our properties with care and respect just as they would their own homes.
However, we also recognise that accidents can occur despite best intentions.
Under or damage waiver policy we will waive any charges for accidental damage to the property caused by you, your guests or pets (if applicable) during your stay provided that you promptly report such incidents to our dedicated support team.
This includes unintentional mishaps that may occur with furniture, appliances, fixtures or other items within the property. By implementing this policy, we aim to foster a trusting relationship with our guests allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time in our unique and luxurious properties.
We want to ensure that your focus remains on creating lasting memories and cherishing your experience.
We believe in transparency, and we kindly request that any deliberate or negligent damage caused to the property be reported promptly.
In such cases, additional charges may apply to cover the necessary repairs or replacements.
Please note that our damage waiver policy does not cover loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
We recommend securing valuable items and obtaining appropriate travel insurance to safeguard your possessions.

How it Works
At the point of booking you, our guest, can choose the level of protection you wish to take.
This is added at the point of booking as a non-refundable charge.
We work on a 10:1 ratio; £10 of protection paid covers £100 of accidental damage.

Good House-Keeping Deposit
Should you choose not to take out the option of our damage waiver policy a Good House Keeping Deposit of between £100-£1,000 will be taken at the point of booking.
This will be returned in full less any damage charges following the completion of your stay.
