Before formalising any agreements, we will establish a clear and mutual understanding of all terms, along with confidence in specific areas. These encompass pricing, commission structure, availability, preferred arrival days, duration of stays, and the option for comprehensive management services. We recognise that these aspects demand careful consideration and dedication, which we are fully committed to providing. To facilitate your involvement, an owner portal will be at your disposal, and you can expect punctual monthly payments accompanied by detailed statements.
In the unlikely event your plans or situation change, let’s talk about it. We know this can be the case and as long as we have effective communication, mutual transparency and we prioritise any confirmed bookings; we will always be fair and reasonable.
