It is your property, so you must enjoy it. We will not hold you to any usage limitations. However, if you are here, there is one deal – you come to say hello.
The Important Stuff
We will never be a stuffy, corporate company, but that doesn’t mean we short-cut the professional elements. Before formalising any agreements we will establish a clear and mutual understanding of all terms. These include (but not limited to) pricing, commission structure, availability, preferred arrival days, duration of stays, and the option for comprehensive management services. We recognise that these aspects demand careful consideration. To facilitate your involvement an owner portal will be at your disposal. You can expect punctual monthly payments accompanied by detailed statements.
In the unlikely event your plans or situation change, let’s talk about it. We know this can be the case and as long as we have effective communication, mutual transparency and we prioritise any confirmed bookings; we will always be fair and reasonable.
