The recently refurbished, late Victorian cottage oozes simple yet... elegant style, featuring three cosy bedrooms and a sun-soaked garden, ideal for indulgent afternoons with spoils from Pump Street Bakery. Step outside, and you’re in the heart of this iconic village, ready to explore its historic castle, savour the flavours of delightful local eateries (seafood lovers are in for an absolute treat), and enjoy cobweb-busting river walks.

Stepping through the front door, you're greeted by a snug living room, perfect for cuddling up with a good book or even loved ones. Follow the trail of (hopefully) tantalising aromas wafting from the kitchen, where a homely central table makes sure the chef of the family is always kept company. Venture through a small hallway and discover a great sized family bathroom.
Head up the stairs and uncover three clean and crisp bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a... garden view and boasts a comfy double bed. Meanwhile, the two bedrooms overlooking Pump Street are beautifully appointed singles.

Featuring an original fireplace, Bedroom 3 has a single bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. -
Garden
The enclosed rear garden with patio is ideal for relaxed alfresco dining, and the lawn space is perfect for kids to play. A typical cottage garden, the overflowing borders and natural growth create a charmingly unstructured, peaceful atmosphere. There is a rear gate that leads on to a shared passage that winds its way through to neighbouring streets. -

The heart of Orford is its impressive castle, a towering Norman keep that's been around since the 12th century. It’s a fun place to explore, and the views from the top are simply stunning. Down by... the quay, you’ll find fishing boats coming and going or if lucky enough to have a boat of your own, pack a picnic and head out onto the spit.
Nature lovers will adore Orford Ness, a wild and beautiful shingle spit just across the water. It’s a fantastic place for a walk, packed with wildlife and fascinating remnants of its secretive past – just remember to book your ferry ticket in advance!
