The Farmhouse @ Paradise Farm is a spacious 16th-century countryside retreat set at the heart of Paradise Farm on the Suffolk–Norfolk border. Blending historic charm with modern comforts, the thatched farmhouse sleeps up to 10–12 guests across five bedrooms and offers generous living spaces designed for gathering and entertaining.
Paradise Farm offers 10 sprawling... acres of grounds, along with a shared heated pool (April – Oct), kids play area and firepit. The property does have its own private garden where you can wind down and rest up after a day exploring.
Located in the quaint village of Westhall, a mere stone's throw (or a leisurely drive) from the bustling market town of Halesworth, this spot is prime real estate for both rural rovers and beach bums alike. Whether you're here to tramp through fields or tread along the coast, The Farmhouse offers a stylish base camp for all your adventures. Just try not to get too attached - remember, you'll have to leave eventually!

Inside, the Farmhouse offers generous living spaces full of warmth, character and that unmistakable country-home charm. At its heart is a large, welcoming sitting room with deep sofas and a roaring open fireplace, the perfect place to gather after a day exploring the coast or countryside. There is also a separate dining room with a large table seating up to twelve guests, ideal for long, laughter-filled suppers. The farmhouse kitchen is both practical and inviting, complete with an Aga, electric oven island workspace and plenty of room for cooks and spectators alike, making it a natural hub of the... home.
The accommodation is arranged across three floors and includes five comfortable bedrooms, providing space for up to 10-12 guests (max 10 adults). The bedrooms are thoughtfully laid out to suit families and groups, while well-appointed bathrooms serve the house across the different levels. Throughout the property, original features and traditional touches sit comfortably alongside modern conveniences, creating a relaxed and authentic country retreat that feels both characterful and easy to settle into.
For added convenience, there is an exclusive on-site shop for guests, thoughtfully stocked with outstanding local food, drinks and pantry treats alongside a curated collection of artisan homeware, gifts and nature-inspired children’s books, toys and puzzles.

The Farmhouse @ Paradise farm boasts its own outside space, perfect for alfresco fun.
Feel like exploring? Wander the farm grounds and make a splash in the heated pool (open April to October). The little ones can let loose in the play area, complete with a trampoline, slide, and even a mud kitchen! And, of course, the resident farm animals are on hand to add a little extra charm. You’ll meet the Kune pigs with their curly tails, playful Pygmy Goats, and the cuddly Valais Black Nose Sheep, all adding a dash of country magic to your stay. -

No smoking is permitted inside the property.
All ages welcome, children must be under adult supervision at all times due to ponds and pools.
One small dog is welcome and must be on a lead around the other animals. Please note there is a £30 dog fee.
The property offers EV charging at a fixed price per overnight charge. Please select the number of charges you require during the booking process.
Please note, the Farmhouse retains a different aesthetic to the other newly renovated outbuildings on Paradise Farm, with not all rooms yet refurbished - adding to its character as a lived-in, authentic country home.
Please note this property has a Security Deposit of £400. -

The Location
The Farmhouse @ Paradise Farm is located in the pretty village of Westhall in the Waveney Valley region of Suffolk. While Westhall is a quiet village, it is also well-positioned for exploring other parts of Suffolk.
The charming market town of Halesworth is just a short drive away, offering independent shops, cafes, and pubs as well as the New Cut Arts Centre, which hosts events, exhibitions, and performances that draw in locals and visitors alike. Just beyond Halesworth, you’ll find the Suffolk Heritage Coast, with its breathtaking coastal towns like Southwold and Walberswick, both known for their sandy beaches,... quaint seaside charm, and the famous Southwold Pier.
