A leisurely stroll down the town stairs leads you to the vibrant High Street, renowned for its independent shops and delis. At the rear of 23 The Terrace sits a large, country-style kitchen – the perfect spot to gather for casual family meals. It's fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, Aga, separate ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining area.

Rooms
Ground Floor
Entrance
Guests enter through the front door into a small hallway and then through a second door into the house.
Living Room
Located at the front of the house with exquisite views, the living room has large, comfortable sofas, wood burning stove and a SMART television.
Dining Room
The Dining Room can be accessed via sliding pocket doors from the living room or from the main hallway. There is a dining table that seats 8 guests comfortably. French doors open out onto a small balcony with stairs leading down to the courtyard garden.
Inner Hallway
The inner hallway leads to the kitchen, cloakroom and has a door that opens into the courtyard garden.
Cloakroom
The downstairs cloakroom has a WC and a hand basin.
Kitchen
The large, country-chic kitchen has bench-style dining table, aga, separate ceramic hob, fridge/ freezer and microwave. The kitchen is well equipped with a range of glassware, crockery and cooking aids.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom boasts a super-king size bed, bedside tables and a cosy love seat set in the large bay window, providing a breathtaking spot to take in the view. There is also a dressing area with wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.
Bedroom 2
Beautifully cosy, bedroom 2 has a king size bed, bedside table, wardrobe, armchair, chest of drawers and a traditional basin.
Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 is at the rear of the house and offers twin beds and a chest of drawers. There is also a small toddler bed which can be setup here (or another room if preferred).
Bathroom
The traditional-style bathroom has a bath, WC and large wash basin.
Shower Room
Equally stylish, the shower room has a large corner shower with WC and wash basin.
Second Floor
Bedroom 4
The stairs lead up to bedroom 4 which offers a cosy double bed, built-in wardrobe, armchair, chest of drawers and a TV.
Study
Accessed via Bedroom 4, the study with a desk, armchair and storage. -
Garden
Outside you will discover and enchanting courtyard garden. With stone and decked areas, potted plants and flowering trellises the garden is a perfect spot for an evening tipple or fun family barbecue. -
Parking
There is on-street parking on The Terrace and surrounding roads. -

No smoking is allowed at the property.
One, well-behaved pet is allowed at the property.
