There are two beautiful bathrooms, catering to both family getaways and a spacious couples' retreats alike. To top it off, the cottage boasts a gorgeous little courtyard garden ideal for some sun-seeking of warmer days.
Just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Southwold high street, you have an abundance of local shops, delis, pubs and restaurants on hand, whilst the iconic sandy beach is just a short stroll away.

Adorned with original rustic floorboards and exposed beams, this 1850’s seaside cottage is as charming as it is comfy. The living room boasts a roaring wood burner set into the original inglenook fireplace making it the perfect spot to warm up after a long day exploring. The master bedroom is located n the first floor and a is a haven of calm with clean white walls, pops of smoky blues and beautiful exposed beams. The family bathroom boasts a gorgeous claw foot bath, perfect for a long soak, glass of wine and a good book. Winding your way to the second floor is the twin bedroom, with a delightful dormer window offering views across the town.

Living Room
Guests enter into the cosy living rooms with a large sofa and two sumptuous armchairs. There is also a charming inglenook fireplace and wood-burner along with a desk in case you need to catch up on emails. The sofa converts into a comfy bed that is suitable for one adult or two children.
Kitchen
The perfectly proportioned kitchen has all the gadgets you need; a bold SMEG fridge, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and Kitchen-Aid coffee machine. There is a charming kitchen table round which to share meals.
Utility Room
A super handy room to keep abreast of things with a SMEG dishwasher and Miele washing machine.

Beautiful in blue with a traditional style walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
First Floor
Master Bedroom
A picture-perfect master bedroom, with a king-sized Simba mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a Sony TV.
Family Bathroom
Enjoy a long, relaxing soak in the cast iron roll top bath. The bathroom also has a WC and wash basin. Both bathrooms have excellent water pressure supplied by the large Joule water cylinder.
Second Floor
A lovely twin bedroom with two single beds (boasting Simba mattresses), a chest of drawers and an armchair. -
Garden
Outside, you'll discover a gorgeous courtyard, complete a captivating view of Southwold’s iconic lighthouse. There is also a table and fours chair perfect for an afternoon drink or al fresco meal. -
Parking
There is unrestricted, on-street parking on Victoria Street and surrounding roads. If required, there is also a long stay parking lot next to Southwold Pier. -
