Hoo View is just a short walk from the bustling Woodbridge thoroughfare and has, you guessed it, stunning views over Sutton Hoo, the ancient Anglo-Saxon burial ground. Woodbridge is delightful town, where an abundance of excellent restaurants, delis, independent shops, art galleries, museums, and even a theatre await your exploration. If you fancy exploring further afield, the charming seaside villages of Southwold, Aldeburgh, Orford and Felixstowe are just a short drive away.

The gorgeous living space is bright and cheerful with a plump Loaf sofa, modern fireplace and a curiously colourful coffee table. As, the cushion says, it’s a very happy space! After a long day exploring you can light the fire and curl up to enjoy a good book or watch a movie on the large smart TV.
To the rear of the room is the small yet mighty kitchen. Packed with everything you might need; a hob and oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and even a BIBO machine which gives instant boiling and filtered water. Enjoy your meals at...

Upstairs the bedroom is gorgeous in green, with a super king-sized bed and sumptuous linens, you’ll be instantly whisked off to the land of nod. We absolutely love the free-standing bath which is luxuriously located in the bedroom! You’ll be sipping a glass of bubbles in a bath of bubbles in no time at all. Don’t worry though, the rest of the conveniences and walk-in shower are in the elegant en-suite and a handy wardrobe keeps all your essentials tucked away neatly.

Guests enter through the front door via the private courtyard garden. There is an open plan living area with sumptuous sofas and a fireplace. The kitchen space is compact but complete with all the essentials and more.
First Floor
A single flight of stairs leads to you to the bedroom with a super king-sized bed, free-standing bath and armchair. There are two built in wardrobes for storage and a utility cupboard with a washer/dryer.
En-suite
The en-suite simple and elegant with a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. -
Garden
With its own cosy courtyard garden, you can relax and enjoy a calming cup of tea or celebrate a special occasion with an alfresco candle lit dinner. -
Parking
Guests can park on the pebble driveway in front of Hoo View -

Hoo View welcomes one well-behaved dog. We kindly ask that you keep the dog downstairs and off the furniture. Please ensure that you bring a crate (one is available for hire), bowls and bedding for your dog.

Woodbridge is a short walk away, the woods are opposite or as the name suggests Sutton Hoo can be viewed from the bedroom window or better still visit.
We have created the perfect retreat, whether you want to cosy up on a winter day in front of the fire with a book on our sumptuous Loaf sofa, soak in the bedroom bath, walk to the local pub, or relax on a Summer evening listening to birdsong in the garden, there is something for everyone.
