Cookys' & Cream is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. However, we do accept bookings for up to strict maximum of 6 guests, although additional equipment will be required.
PLEASE NOTE: Cooky's & Cream is booked on a daily basis with guests permitted at the hut from 10am to 7pm. In order to place your booking you will need to select a departure day as the day after you wish your final day at the hut to be. Your departure day is not a booked day and you will not be granted access on this day. Please call us on 01394 470070 if you require further clarification.
Features
Cookys' & Cream is a gorgeous new beach hut that combines a modern twist with classic beachfront design. Step inside and experience the light and airy ambience, enhanced by natural textures and earthy colour accents that create a truly inviting space.
Inside the beach hut, you'll find a modern kitchenette equipped with a two-ring gas hob, kettle, cafetiere, mugs, cups, wine glasses, and beach-friendly crockery, we've thoughtfully provided everything you require for a delightful dining experience. You'll discover handy items like lighters, bottle openers, scissors, tea towels, and cleaning agents to make your stay hassle-free. And don't forget to... enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee, perfect for a relaxing beachfront experience.
For your outdoor relaxation, four comfortable deck chairs and a convenient folding table are at your disposal, allowing you to unwind while enjoying the coastal breeze. And because no beach hut experience is complete without it, we've included the iconic British standard stripey windbreak, ensuring privacy and creating that classic seaside ambience. To add to the fun, we've also included a few buckets and spades, encouraging you to embrace the joy of building sandcastles and exploring the beach.
Please note that Cookys' & Cream is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. However, we do accept bookings for up to 6 guests, although additional equipment will be required. Kindly bring any extra items you may need to ensure a pleasant stay. Furthermore, we kindly ask that you observe the county’s regulations, as dogs are not allowed on the beach from 1 May to 30 September.

The hut is strictly limited to a maximum of 6 guests.
Please note that the beach hut is strictly for day use only, and overnight stays are not permitted.
No smoking in the hut or on the deck.
No unaccompanied teenagers permitted at any time.
There is 3 day minimum stay at Cooky's & Cream.
