What first struck me about Gad About was the light and space. Vast ceilings made the cart-lodge feel airy and open.
To compliment this feeling of space I have used pops of colour to create interesting corners and spaces, which make for a warm environment. The forest green sofa is my favourite space to curl up on whilst looking out of the window at the fields beyond.
The Location
Bredfield is a picturesque village surrounded by beautiful countryside, offering leisurely walks through fields and woodlands. The charming St. Andrew's Church, dating back to the 14th century, is a focal point for its historic architecture. The village thrives on a close-knit community, hosting various events like fairs and celebrations that showcase its warm and welcoming spirit.
While Bredfield itself is a haven of tranquillity, it is conveniently located near other notable Suffolk attractions. A short drive away, you'll find the historic town of Woodbridge, with its riverside charm, independent shops, and iconic Tide Mill. Explore the nearby Sutton Hoo,...
an ancient burial site and National Trust property, to uncover the mysteries of the Anglo-Saxon era. Additionally, the Suffolk coast and its charming seaside towns, such as Aldeburgh and Southwold, are within reach, offering scenic beaches, historic landmarks, and delectable seafood.
