Outside, you've got your own gorgeous courtyard garden where you can enjoy some al fresco dining or simply soak some Suffolk sunshine.

to retire to bed, take your pick from three pristine bedrooms. There are two cosy kings and a single with a pull-out stacker bed, perfect for the little ones. The master bedroom even has its own en-suite bathroom. And for the rest of the gang, there's a family bathroom on the first floor and another shower room downstairs. Pure comfort all around!

This great open plan space includes a kitchen that comes fully loaded with an electric oven & gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining area sports a family sized dining table.
In the living area, you'll find two cosy three-seater sofas, a charming box window seat, coffee table, and a modern fireplace.
Shower Room
The super handy ground floor shower room has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
First Floor
Bedroom 1
The master bedroom has a king bed, bedside tables, chair and a chest of drawers.
En-suite
Leading off bedroom 1, the en-suite has a shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2
Pretty in pink, bedroom two has a single stacker bed – a single bed with another single pull-out below. The room also includes a small chest of drawers and chair.
Bedroom 3
The second of the larger bedrooms, with a king size bed, chair and two chests of drawers.
Bathroom
The family sized bathroom has a bath, WC and wash basin. -
Garden
The Old Coach House has its own, south-west facing courtyard garden with abundantly planted borders, all-day sun and a sitting area to enjoy it all. In addition, there is a beautiful roof top sun deck with a table and chairs - perfect for a sundowner or two. -

The Old Coach House has private parking for two cars. -

Two, well behaved dogs are welcome at the property. Please ensure dogs are kept downstairs and off the furniture at all times.

The Old Coach House, Aldeburgh was built by Newson Garrett in 1852 and formed the stables as part of his new Alde House estate next door. It fell into disrepair and was renovated over two years in 2005 to the highest standard retaining its original charm and sense of history with every modern comfort and convenience. We hope you have an enjoyable stay in this historic building.
